Chris Burke, Men's Cross Country

Chris Burke made 'Roo history by  becoming the first cross country runner to earn All-SCAC honors and qualified for the NCAA Regionals. Burke finished ninth at the men's championship meet on Saturday.

Burke ran the 8K course in a time of 28:23.42, his best 8K time of the season, en route to earning All-Conference recognition and a qualifying time for the NCAA South-Southeast Regionals, which will be held on November 15 at Berry College in Rome, Georgia.
