No DFP, No Problem!

Welcome back to campus and greetings if you are reading this remotely! As you know, the Mason Complex indoor facilities are closed until further notice. Today, we are starting our "NO DFP, NO PROBLEM!" series. We will be sending information to the campus community on how to maintain your fitness level and, most of all, your positive state of mind. Today we offer the "Three Best Bodyweight Exercises" you can do without access to a weight room.
The best place to be is OUTSIDE! Take a walk, do some exercises, get outside and move! All of our green space is open for you! Remember, practice safe social distancing and keeping groups to less than 10.
Be on the lookout for more information from other members of our staff. We will be providing walking/running routes around campus. We will be providing exercises you can do that don't require weights or other modalities. We are here for you!
