It's a busy weekend in 'Roo Nation, with the Austin College men's and women's basketball teams taking their first road trip of the season, the men's water polo and men's and women's teams opening up the year at home, while the baseball and softball teams open up their years with away games and the men's and women's cross country teams compete in the SCAC Championships.

The action starts on Friday when the 'Roo basketball teams take on the University of St. Thomas in Houston, with the women's team playing at 4:00 p.m. and the men following at 7:00 p.m. Live streaming and stats will be available for both games, with links available on both the team schedules and the Austin College composite schedule. The hoops teams will wrap up the weekend on Saturday with two more games against the Celts with the women at 1:00 p.m. and the men at 4:00 p.m., and once again live streams and stats will be available.
The men's water polo team hosts Air Force for a pair of games on Saturday in Hannah Natatorium with one game at 11:00 a.m. and the next at 3:00 p.m. Both of those games will be streamed live for free on College TV Ticket, with links available on the team's schedule page on our website.
The men's and women's tennis teams will also be opening up the year at home, as the 'Roos host Southeastern Oklahoma University with match time set for 10:00 a.m. Match results will be available on the team schedule pages following the completion of both matches.
The 'Roo football team begins its final season as a member of the Southern Athletic Association with a road game against Trinity, with kickoff set for 12:00 p.m. in San Antonio. The game will be both live streamed and have live stats, with links available on the Austin College football team's schedule page.
'Roo softball will also be headed south, as they travel to Austin to take on Concordia University for a doubleheader on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Both games will be live streamed and feature live stats, and once again those links will be available on the softball team's schedule page.
Austin College baseball opens the season in Arkansas, where they'll be taking on the University of Ozarks on Saturday with game times set for 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Ozarks will be providing live streaming and stats, which you can find on the baseball team's schedule page on acroos.com.
Finally, the Austin College men's and women's cross country teams will be competing at the SCAC Championships this weekend, with the 'Roos heading to Irving on Saturday morning with the championship races set to be run at the Universtiy of Dallas. The women's race begins at 9:00 a.m., while the men follow at 10:00 a.m. All results will be posted on the Official SCAC Championship website following the conclusions of each race.
