This Week in 'Roo Athletics

The fall athletics season wraps up this weekend for the 'Roos, and the Austin College basketball and swim teams will be in action both in Sherman and on the road.

The Austin College men's water polo team is headed to Los Angeles for the MPSF Championships, where they'll take on host school and Division I power USC on Friday, where they enter the tournament as the No. 4 seed. Be sure to check the team schedule for updates on who and when they'll play next following Friday's game against the Trojans.

The 'Roo swim teams are headed to Indiana this weekend, as Austin College will take part in the Wabash Invitational beginning on Friday. That event will continue throughout the weekend in Crawfordsville, hosted by Wabash College.

The men's basketball team is home on Friday evening, as the 'Roos take on McMurry University with tip time set for 7:00 p.m. in the team's lone contest of the weekend.

Austin College's women's hoops team will be on the road for a pair of games this weekend, as they head to Abilene first to take on Hardin-Simmons on Friday at 6:00 p.m. before facing off against McMurry on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
