38 'Roos Earn SCAC Fall Academic Honors

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference has released its Fall Academic Honor Roll, and 38 members of the 'Roo men's and women's soccer and volleyball team earned recognition for their outstanding achievements in the classroom.

In order to earn SCAC Academic Honor Roll accolades, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.25 for the term in which they competed and be a regular member of a varsity athletic team in a sport sponsored by the conference.

Among those recognized from Austin College were men's soccer players Louis Catchpole, Pedro Echeverria, Aaron Hoffman, Michael Hull, Luke Keenan, Maxwell Mundorff, Jose Nandin, Logan Newman, Kyle Nimon, Jorge Pineda, Diego Rodriguez, Sam Spencer, Michael Valencia, Hector Vergara, and William Woulfe.

Women's soccer players who earned Academic Honor Roll were Delaney Alexander, Heaven Barber, Sarah Davis, Heather Foster, Tanya Gonzalez, Brittany Hutton, Kenedie Lane, Sage Newton, Shelby Smith, and Emeri Watson.

'Roo volleyball players Brianna Barch, Selah Coleman, Mattie Duncan, TJ Folse, Samantha Graham, Alyssa Holloway, Jazmyn Kizziar, Madison Manning, Chloe Miller, Viviana Murphy, Jaiden Tocquigny, Tatum Torres, and Brianne Tseng were also recognized for their outstanding work in the classroom.
