Schedule Changes for 'Roo Baseball

SHERMAN, Texas - The Austin College baseball team has seen a change to its schedule for April 21, as the previously scheduled home game against Dallas Christian has now been replaced by a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader against McMurry University. First pitch is currently scheduled for 5:30 p.m. for game one.

The 'Roos and War Hawks had originally been slated to complete their SCAC series on April 4, but those games were called off due to storms. Initially, there was no plan to make those games up prior to the end of the regular season. However, with the SCAC standings currently incredibly tight, with both Austin College and McMurry vying for a spot in the conference tournament, the decision was made to replace the lone game against DCC with the rescheduled doubleheader.

This will also serve as Senior Night for Austin College, with the team's senior class being recognized between games.
