Erwin Named Second Team All-SCAC

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. –Austin College women's soccer player Maya Erwin has been named second team All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference for her outstanding play during the 2018 season, the league office has announced.

Erwin, a sophomore goalkeeper from Kyle, ranked fourth in the SCAC in saves with 71, despite playing only 10 matches due to cancellations and injury. She also boasted a .703 save percentage, and 67 of her saves came against conference competition. This is the second straight year that Erwin has been honored as an All-Conference performer. 

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
