The lead doubled less than four minutes later, with Samantha Reynolds finding Myles McGaha for what proved to be the game-winner at the 49:11 mark.
Austin College tacked on one final goal in the 78th minute, this time with Laney Lambert scoring on a feed from Vyla Gammer to make it 3-0, with LeTourneau getting on the scoreboard with just over a minute left to play as Michelle Olivas scored at the 88:53 mark to make it a 3-1 final.
Austin College finished with a 17-13 edge in shot attempts, while both teams put six shots on target. Kieran McFarland made five saves for the 'Roos, and Kinsey Fulks stopped three shots for the Jackets.
