Kennon Named All-SCAC
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. –Austin College volleyball player Mayson Kennon has been named second team All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference for her outstanding play during the 2018 season, the league office has announced.
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. –Austin College volleyball player Mayson Kennon has been named second team All-Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference for her outstanding play during the 2018 season, the league office has announced.
Kennon, a sophomore outside hitter from Fort Worth, led the 'Roos with an average of 2.5 kills-per-set, good for 10thin the conference. Her 290 kills this season were good for the sixth highest total in the SCAC. Kennon also averaged 2.28 digs-per-set, finishing the year with 265, and added 43 total blocks. She also finished 15thin the SCAC with 27 service aces on the year.
Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
