Men's Soccer Advances to SCAC Semifinals

ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Austin College men's soccer team advanced to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference semifinals on Thursday evening, as the No. 5-seeded 'Roos went to penalty kicks with No. 4-seed Hendrix College after finishing regulation and two overtime periods all square at 1-1. Austin College took the penalty shootout by a score of 3-1 to advance to face top-seeded Colorado College tomorrow night.

Austin College Gets Big Win at Hendrix

CONWAY, Ark - The Austin College men's soccer team picked up a huge road victory over Hendrix College on Friday evening, topping the Warriors 3-1 to vault into fourth place in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference standings with just two games to go in the regular season. The 'Roos are now 6-5-3 overall and 5-2-2 in conference play.

'Roos Hand Celts First SCAC Defeat

SHERMAN, Texas - The Austin College men's soccer team stunned the University of St. Thomas with a goal less than two minutes in and never looked back, topping the Celts 2-0 on Friday night at the Dr. Jack R. Pierce Memorial Soccer Complex. It's the first conference loss of the season for UST, while Austin College improves to 4-4-2 overall and 3-1-1 in SCAC play.
